Instructions
Here are the instructions to make sayur asem medok:
- Prepare all the ingredients.

- Heat the cooking oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped shallots, garlic, bird's eye chilies, and red chilies to the pot. Stir fry until fragrant for about 2-3 minutes.
